How will I know that you have received my order?
You will receive a confirmation mail from our end on placing the order with full details of the order. For the Cash on Delivery (COD) option, you will receive a confirmation call from our team.
What is the estimated time of delivery?
We usually process the order in 4-5 working days. Also, the estimated shipping time is mentioned under each product.
Can I return the apparel I purchased online?
You can exchange the products by sending us a mail regarding the same or by intimating us over call within 24 hours after you receive the shipment. Also, the product should reach us within 7 days after the return was initiated.

Do not worry, our courier will try to reattempt to deliver in the next 2 days. In case the parcel is still not delivered you can call or email us so you can submit your delivery request to the courier.
How To Track The Order Once Shipped?
You'll receive an email with the tracking details, you can check on the courier website and track the order with the tracking number.
As a policy, we do not offer returns on products that are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed If the product is wrongfully delivered (the product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, then we are open to re-fulfilling your order.
If your order is eligible for exchange, you’ll need to courier the same to our warehouse with the invoice, the courier charge will be borne by you.
We do Exchange Or Return within 48 hours of delivery of the product.
Refund is processed once the product is delivered back to our warehouse and the quality check is done it will take 8-10 working days. Refunds can also be provided in the form of store credit on Demand.
You may return any item purchased from Albis Jaipur that was ready to ship and in unused condition or any item that was damaged upon receipt.
