Return Policy

As a policy, we do not offer returns on products that are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed If the product is wrongfully delivered (the product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, then we are open to re-fulfilling your order.

If your order is eligible for exchange, you’ll need to courier the same to our warehouse with the invoice, the courier charge will be borne by you.

We do Exchange Or Return within 48 hours of delivery of the product.

Refund is processed once the product is delivered back to our warehouse and the quality check is done it will take 8-10 working days. Refunds can also be provided in the form of store credit on Demand.

You may return any item purchased from Albis Jaipur that was ready to ship and in unused condition or any item that was damaged upon receipt.

I got so many compliments on my saree and am so happy with it (and the customer service I received)! I ordered my saree for an upcoming wedding and had a last minute need for the outfit. I messaged Rohan asking if it was possible to have the saree by the following week (in 8 days) for the event. He was prompt in responding, asked for my measurements, and almost immediately sent my blouse off to be stitched, provided a picture of the stitched blouse, and shipped the saree to me within a couple days.�

Saree looks stunning and for the price it was definitely worth it. The colour was as seen in the pic. Stitching was neat. Overall very satisfied and will shop again
