Return Policy

As a policy, we do not offer returns on products that are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed If the product is wrongfully delivered (the product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, then we are open to re-fulfilling your order.

If your order is eligible for exchange, you’ll need to courier the same to our warehouse with the invoice, the courier charge will be borne by you.

We do Exchange Or Return within 48 hours of delivery of the product.

Refund is processed once the product is delivered back to our warehouse and the quality check is done it will take 8-10 working days. Refunds can also be provided in the form of store credit on Demand.

You may return any item purchased from Albis Jaipur that was ready to ship and in unused condition or any item that was damaged upon receipt.

I received item within one week which is impressive. The seller is quick in response. Item quality is good. I ordered a blue colour saree, the colour and shine are approximately matched with the pictures shown but they have been mentioned in the item description that can be varied.
